2015 SERB Academy
The Ohio State Employement Relations Board
SERB Academy is for newcomers to public-sector collective bargaining. New managers or new employee organization officials, staff, and those who are or will be working in positions where they need to know how Ohio’s law governs labor relations in the public sector.
SERB Academy is an intensive two-day review of representation, dispute settlement, and unfair labor practice matters, covering the law, the administrative rules, and the day-to-day procedures of the agency. Presentations are by administrators and staff who speak from the perspective of daily experience. Materials are designed to give you easy access to the provisions of the law and the rules you need to consult.
SERB Academy is the fastest way we know to get up to speed on Ohio’s Public Sector Collective Bargaining Law.
