The State Employment Relations Board (SERB) has promulgated a new election procedure rule to replace Ohio Administrative Code ("O.A.C.") Rule 4117-5-08, which has been rescinded. The new O.A.C. Rule 4117-5-08 allows SERB the option to conduct representation elections via mail ballot. SERB's Representation Section has established internal processes to ensure that elections conducted by mail ballot meet SERB's high standards for integrity and fairness.
