  SERB’s Administrative Rules Filed; Public Hearing Set
   

The State Employment Relations Board has completed a review of all of its administrative rules under Ohio Administrative Code Chapters 4117-1 through 4117-25. As a result of that process, SERB filed 33 “no change” rules on October 4, 2004. SERB also filed 33 amended rules on October 18, 2004. The amended rules are:

A Public Hearing on the 33 amended rules is set for Thursday, November 18, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. in the William R. Dennis Hearing Room at Board’s offices at 65 East State Street, 12th Floor, Columbus, Ohio.
